Dogs Getting a Bad Rap

 

There has been a lot of talk in the media lately about dogs being rampant and attacking people. There is no doubt there has been some really unfortunate and sad incidents. It has lead to people being badly attacked maimed and some have even died as a result of it. Then there is the dog itself that has had to be put down.
