Resrtict Breeding Bitches Numbers
It is high time that the words 'puppy mills' and in the UK 'puppy farms' were well and truly stopped by passing laws on the amount of breeding bitches allowed at any one property and the amount of litters the bitch can have should be restricted.
How can we allow these unscrupolous people to keep on churning out puppies just for money. Now I know that laws such as this are in place in a lot of places but how is this law being enforced? There are not
