I am both saddened and disappointed that the electric shock type anti bark dog collars are allowed to be produced and are still in circulation.
A friend of mine reported to me that she had a neighbour who had a dog who she used to leave in the out houses when she was at work. Now unfortunately this animal was left for many hours with no stimulation and as a result he barked a lot. The owner decided in her wisdom that an electric shock type anti bark collar would be the best solution to
